Most real estate agents spend the majority of their time prospecting, always trying to stir up new business. They do this by cold calling, door knocking, mass mail outs, and spending thousands of dollars on advertising.
Christine does not do any of those things. Christine believes that if she gives first class service to her clients before, during and after each transaction, that they will want to tell there friends and family about their experience. All she asks of her clients is that while they are working together, they REFER Christine to their friends and family. You see, as long as Christine’s clients keep referring her to new people, she doesn’t need to spend her time trying to get new business. Now she can dedicate all her time to serving the needs of her current clients.

A large portion of Christine’s business expenses includes throwing client events for her treasured clientele. Once you sell your home and/or buy a home from Christine, your relationship doesn’t end there. Christine creates lasting relationships with her clients that are cemented by her annual client appreciation events. First class events are hosted yearly as a thank you to Christine’s clients and those who have referred her business. In addition to the large annual events, smaller events take place through out the year including everything from “A night at the ball park” to “dinner with friends” at City Hall Steakhouse. Christine also keeps in touch with her clients throughout the year by sending various items of value in the mail. Giving back to the people that have contributed to Christine’s success, is the primary reason Christine’s real estate career continues to flourish.
